For those who served—and the families who serve beside them
Behind every uniform is a family that has carried change, distance, sacrifice and hope. Children’s Love is honored to help the children and families of our veterans find compassionate ABA support and a clearer path through their health benefits.

TRICARE and CHAMPVA
Knowing which agency manages each benefit can help your family begin in the right place.

TRICARE is managed by the Defense Health Agency under the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Health Affairs.

CHAMPVA is a VA health benefits program for eligible spouses, dependents and survivors.
Service affiliation is only the starting point. Sponsor status, plan rules and the family’s DEERS record determine the next step.

A promise to military and veteran families
Individualized ABA goals shaped around communication, independence, participation and everyday family life.
Our team can help verify eligibility, benefits, referrals and authorization requirements before services begin.
Warm communication and thoughtful coordination for families who have already carried so much.
Coverage pathways
We can help your family understand the next step, but each program makes the final eligibility, medical-necessity and authorization decisions.
TRICARE’s Autism Care Demonstration covers clinically necessary and appropriate ABA services for qualifying family members diagnosed with autism. Enrollment in an eligible TRICARE plan, a qualifying diagnosis, referral and preauthorization are required.
Read official TRICARE informationThe official CHAMPVA guide lists medically necessary ABA as a covered service and requires preauthorization for treatment. Eligibility, cost sharing and other coverage rules apply to each beneficiary.
