1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to the Children’s Love Corp. QuickBooks Integration Application (“Application”). By accessing or using this Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Application.
2. About the Application
This application is developed and maintained by Children’s Love Corp. to securely integrate with QuickBooks Online for the purpose of managing internal business operations, including but not limited to:
* Customer synchronization
* Invoice synchronization
* Payment synchronization
* Financial reporting
* Internal billing reconciliation
* Administrative workflows
This application is intended exclusively for authorized users of Children’s Love Corp.
3. License
Children’s Love Corp. grants authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use this application solely for legitimate business purposes.
No ownership rights are transferred.
4. Authorized Use
Users agree to:
* Use the application only for authorized business purposes.
* Maintain the confidentiality of their credentials.
* Protect access to QuickBooks Online.
* Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
* Follow Children’s Love Corp. security policies.
Users may not:
* Reverse engineer the application.
* Modify or distribute the software.
* Attempt unauthorized access.
* Use the application for unlawful purposes.
5. QuickBooks Online Integration
The application connects to Intuit QuickBooks Online using OAuth 2.0 authorization.
Users authorize the application to access only the QuickBooks data necessary to provide its intended functionality.
The application does not request unnecessary permissions.
6. Data Usage
The application may access the following:
* Customer information
* Invoice information
* Payment information
* Financial transaction information
This information is used solely for authorized internal business operations.
Children’s Love Corp. does not sell or rent QuickBooks data.
7. Privacy
Use of the Application is also governed by the Children’s Love Corp. Privacy Policy available at:

8. HIPAA Compliance
Where applicable, Children’s Love Corp. implements administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Protected Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA requirements.
Financial information obtained through QuickBooks is processed independently from protected clinical information unless required for authorized billing operations.
9. Security
Children’s Love Corp. implements reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including:
* Encryption in transit
* Secure authentication
* Role-based access controls
* Audit logging
* Continuous monitoring
* Incident response procedures
10. Intellectual Property
The application, software, documentation, logos, trademarks, source code, workflows, and related materials are the exclusive property of Children’s Love Corp.
No ownership rights are granted.
11. Availability
Children’s Love Corp. makes reasonable efforts to maintain availability of the application but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Maintenance, updates, outages, or third-party service interruptions may occur.
12. Third-Party Services
The application relies on third-party services, including:
* Intuit QuickBooks Online
* Google Cloud Platform
* Google Apps Script
Children’s Love Corp. is not responsible for outages or changes made by these third-party providers.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Children’s Love Corp. shall not be liable for:
* Indirect damages
* Consequential damages
* Loss of profits
* Loss of business
* Data corruption caused by third-party systems
* Service interruptions outside its reasonable control
14. Termination
Children’s Love Corp. may suspend or terminate access at any time if:
* Unauthorized use is detected.
* Security concerns arise.
* Legal compliance requires termination.
* Employment or contractual relationships end.
Upon termination, all rights granted under these Terms immediately cease.
15. Modifications
Children’s Love Corp. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms will become effective upon publication.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
